Investigators say $1 billion disappeared from Moldova's banks in November. A 28-year-old businessman is being accused of stealing $1 billion from Moldovan banks over the course of three days. The sum -- which is equivalent to 12% of Moldova's GDP -- mysteriously disappeared in November 2014. The impoverished ex-Soviet nation's central bank was so puzzled by the fraud that it hired a leading financial investigation consultancy called Kroll to help it get to the bottom of the case. Kroll identified 28-year-old Ilan Shor as the mastermind behind the mega fraud, but its findings were not immediately released.

Portland sues Uber Uber's office in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou was raided last week by local authorities, who have accused the company of operating without a license and allowing private-car owners to offer taxi services, according to state media. Uber did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but the company has previously said it doesn't work directly with private-car owners in China.

The pressure in his eye elevated while his vision decreased. After repeated tests, doctors discovered the virus was still living in his eye.

The world’s oldest man according to the Guinness world book of records , 179 year old Mahashta Murasi has come out lamenting that he has lost all hopes of dying. Murasi claims he was born in the city of Bangalore on January 6th 1835, is recorded to have lived in Varanasi since 1903 and worked as a cobbler in the city until 1957, when he retired at the already venerable age of 122.

Clinton, Democratic presidential opponents to debate six times .

Washington (CNN)Democrats will announce Tuesday six presidential primary debates, giving long shots a potential opportunity to share the debate stage with frontrunner Hillary Clinton, CNN has learned.  The Democratic National Committee has plans for debates to occur in the early-contest states of Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire and South Carolina. The two other locations will be decided at a later date.  The DNC will set the criteria for debate inclusion and any candidate who participates in a separate debate outside of the sanctioning process will be barred from future DNC debates, a Democratic official told CNN.  Potential 2016 presidential candidates. The official said that the DNC decided six debates was a reasonable number and in line with what the national committee sanctioned in 2008.
