APC leaders in an all-out war to save Al-makura
The initiative of the All Progressives Congress on Friday in Abuja held a mystery meeting in Abuja to strategise on the most proficient method to stop the claimed plot to impugn the Nasarawa State Governor, Tanko Al-Makura.
A source said that the APC initiative focused on the need to fabricate a powerful backing for the troubled representative.
The source, who did not need his name specified in light of the fact that he was not approved to identify with the media said, "The gathering did not keep going long. It was a mystery meeting. Its real object was to assemble hearty backing for Al-Makura, who is, no doubt bothered for no worthy motivation.
"It was concurred that we unite a group of attorneys to assist investigate our legitimate alternatives to stop the arranged arraignment."
In a related advancement, a previous break Publicity Secretary of the Ondo State section of the APC, Rotimi Fashakin, said "the Peoples Democratic Party-roused invasion against the party's governors was an assault on vote based system."
He told Saturday PUNCH in a phone question that what APC governors were being dogged for was nothing contrasted with what the President Goodluck Jonathan-headed PDP was doing to the nation.
Fashakin said "What this organization is doing is basically an ill-use of force. The organization is tipsy with force."
